Billing and Engagement Policies:

Excellence will give an estimate of hours to complete a project or phase of a large project

Excellence will contact client before exceeding these hours

Travel:

• No fee in Dane or Rock counties of Wisconsin (2 hour minimum)
• Other areas:
• Mileage at current year IRS allotment (both ways)
• Regular consulting rate (1 way)
• Reimburse at cost for other fees (park, airfare etc)

Retail Rate:  $135 USD per hour

• Discounts available (Prepay, large project, etc.)
• Other arrangement negociable
